Quote
Our system auto calculates a quote based on the most up-to-date rates including accessorial charges. We determine the best time, lane, and mode for your shipment. From there we handle vendor routing and house all necessary documents throughout the entire process.
Book
We input all of the shipment information on to the load board and post it as available and ready to be covered. A broker will select the most suitable carrier for your shipment. Our compliance team makes sure the carrier meets all requirements and ensures that all rules and regulations are followed.
Ship
Our logistics team sets the driver up for a successful trip by providing detailed instructions and important information over the phone, which can also be found on Grapevine and accessed by all parties. A broker stays in constant communication with the driver throughout transit.
Track
Get an update whenever you want, wherever you want via mobile app and/ or text tracking. Once the truck is fully unloaded we require the drivers to immediately confirm a clean bill. This is made easy through our mobile app where a driver can upload the signed BOL instantly!
Invoice
